Smart & Skilled NSW
Smart & Skilled is government-subsidised training funded by the NSW Government for eligible students.
Smart and Skilled Eligibility Criteria:
You could be eligible for a Smart and Skilled subsidised training opportunity if you:
- Have completed your schooling
- Live or work in NSW
- Are an Australian citizen, an Australian permanent resident, a humanitarian visa holder, a partner visa holder with a sponsor who’s a humanitarian visa holder, or a New Zealand citizen
- Identify as an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander living in an approved border area.
For your application to a Smart and Skilled course to be considered, you’re required to provide evidence supporting your circumstances. For specifics on what documents to submit, please refer to the Smart and Skilled Student Eligibility Policy or LH Education’s Student Handbook.
In addition to your application, you’ll need to complete a Consent to Use and Disclosure of Personal Information Form, provide your Unique Student Identifier (USI) and disclose your personal information and circumstances on LH Education’s Enrolment Form.

- SIS30321 Certificate III in Fitness
- SIS30521 Certificate III in Sports Coaching
- SIS40221 Certificate IV in Fitness
- TLI30321 Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations
